THE VEGETABLE GARDEN
Our home grown courgettes, carrots and salad crowd the
buffet in a wealth of antipasti, cold dishes and vegetable
dishes. Strawberries and myrtles, freshly gathered from
the orchard, decorate sorbets and tartlets.
Mothers with very young children can request vegetables
from the garden to be made into suitable food without
salt or seasonings for their infants.
