THE EXQUISITE BREAKFAST

Breakfast has the perfume of tartlets of raspberries fresh from the gardens, the flavour of homemade marmalade and the sweetness of the honey from the valley.

Our own eggs, fresh from the hen house, are used to make tasty omelettes filled with alpine cheese or our own salami and there is also exquisite yoghurt, homemade bread containing nuts and dried fruits, hot croissants and freshly squeezed fruit juice.
