RESTAURANT

The restaurant of the Hotel Miramonti offers a cuisine that is genuine and healthy: milk and cheese come from the dairy in the town, meat from animals raised on the mountain pastures, the vegetables are cultivated our own organic vegetable gardens and mushrooms and wild herbs are collected in the woods.

It is a philosophy of life adopted by our grandparents, Giovanni and Modesta, and continued by all the members of the family, including the grandchildren.
