OUR VEGETABLE GARDEN

Per il ristorante i prodotti del nostro orto Long before it became trendy, Miramonti Hotel's vegetable garden started producing salads, carrots, cabbages, leeks, celeries, vegetable marrows, strawberries and mainly plenty of herbs enriching the flavour of our celebrated cooking.

We do not use herbicides or chemical products to cultivate it; to fertilize, we only use dung from mountain pastures where small selected herds graze.

Young mothers with small children can visit the garden and freely pick up vegetables and potatoes that then are whisked in the baby food, without the addition of salt or seasoning.
