If you eat à la carte, you can choose among several delicious dishes, such as the Cream of boletus edulis with pumpkin potato dumplings or the Crisp puff pastry with roast sweet peppers and Raschera cheese fondue.
Both dishes taste of Miramonti Hotel’s biological vegetable garden, with the unmistakeable scents of high-altitude mushrooms and the delicacy of the PDO cheese.
You can best enjoy these recipes on the terrace of the hotel, overlooking the green meadows, the woods and the Maritime Alps.

“Easy” restaurant is open to the public from 11 am to 2 pm with a wide selection of sandwiches, home made charcuterie, cheese sampling and warm soups, all accompanied with over 100 labels of wine and champagne.
